Our 3x Small Group Personal Training option gives you the perfect balance of personal attention and team energy. You’ll train up to three times per week in a small group setting, guided by an expert coach who keeps your technique sharp and your motivation high. Every session is tailored to your goals - whether that’s building strength, improving fitness, or simply feeling more confident in your body. Expect structure, accountability, and the support of a like-minded group that pushes you to be your best.
Our 2x Body Scans give you a clear picture of your progress from start to finish. Using advanced technology, we track key metrics like muscle mass, body fat, and overall composition - so you can see exactly how your body is changing, not just what the scales say. It’s the perfect way to measure real results and keep you motivated throughout your training journey.
Our Health & Fitness Screening is designed to set you up for success from day one. We take the time to understand your current fitness level, movement patterns, and any limitations or goals you have.
